Pacvue was founded by three retail industry veterans, each with deep expertise in the media, advertising, and commerce sectors. That unification of three critical pillars is deeply embedded in every facet of our company. Unity binds our team, fuels our collaborations, and serves as a cornerstone for innovation, driving our mission to bring cohesion to fragmented systems and heightened transparency to all our valued customers.

Chief Executive Officer

Rahul Choraria is the Chief Executive Officer of Pacvue. He joined the company in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer and led all commercial functions across the SMB and Enterprise segments. Before Pacvue, Rahul worked at Advent International and Vista Equity Partners, two leading global private equity firms, where he worked closely with management teams of B2B SAAS companies like Cvent, Datto, Definitive Healthcare, Finastra, iCIMS, and Xplor, to help scale and build enduring category leaders. Before his stint in PE, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Rahul got an MBA from Chicago Booth and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from UC Berkeley.

Melissa Burdick is the President of Pacvue and is an expert in designing for online and e-Commerce marketing strategies. A 10-year Amazon veteran, Ms. Burdick helped launch the Amazon CPG/Health & Beauty retail business, building a business from the ground up with an evolving strategy to sell profitably online. She was an early leader of the Amazon Media Group, launching the first vendor display video ad, and developed and grew the Amazon advertising business. Ms. Burdick is well known as an e-Commerce thought leader, Forbes Agency Council member, and participates as a speaker at e-Commerce conferences and industry podcasts.

Jordan Weitzen is the CFO of Pacvue. Prior to Pacvue, Jordan was the CFO of FabFitFun, a lifestyle and discovery e-commerce and subscription business connecting millions of customers with their favorite products from SMB and Enterprise brands. Prior to FabFitFun, Jordan worked in Corporate Development for different Media & Technology companies and in Strategy Consulting. Jordan graduated from Harvard with a A.B. in Economics and received his M.B.A from UCLA School of Management.

Michael Lei is a technology executive with an over 20-year track record of innovation and technical leadership in AI, eCommerce, Internet Search and Ads. Prior to Pacvue, he served as an executive and senior technical leader at companies including Coupang, Appen, eBay, Meta, and Microsoft. He worked on an early generation of Google's trillion-document search engine, and won Google's most prestigious founders' award for his contribution on the project. He has great passions in the technologies of information retrieval, data analytics, distributed computing, large scale machine learning systems and generative AI, as well as management of software development. Michael received a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Wuhan University in China. Michael lives in the greater Seattle area. He enjoys sports and outdoors in his spare time.

Ben Collier is the Chief Innovation Officer at Pacvue. Prior to Pacvue, Ben held product and technology leadership positions at live-events technology startup Rival (acquired by Ticketmaster –  Live Nation), Maker Studios (acquired by The Walt Disney Company), and video game publisher THQ. Ben graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History and concentration on Computer Science and NLP. He is the inventor on 12 US patents in the areas of video content monetization and distribution.

Lorraine is a career HR Leader, initially focused on the financial services/fortune 500 sector, including Citi,  American Express and BlackRock.  After decades on the corporate side, Lorraine eventually made the switch to the start-up tech industry where she held key HR roles at AppNexus, Yotpo, and most recently NS1. Through these recent tech roles, Lorraine has brought best-in-class HR into smaller/scaling organizations looking to accelerate their growth through the power of their employees. Lorraine holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the State Univeristy of New York, and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.

Sunava leads product at Pacvue, following a pivotal role as SVP of Product – Enterprise, where he contributed to Pacvue's industry-leading growth. With 18 years of product and engineering leadership at Microsoft, Sunava has been instrumental in scaling initiatives like Microsoft 365 ENT and SMB, and delivering over 20 product releases across globally distributed teams, including China, EU. As a founding author of the internet defining HTML5 specification, early pioneer of AdTech and a key player in launching Microsoft’s robotics and IoT businesses, he has consistently been in the forefront of delivering innovation and impact. Sunava holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an Executive MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

Zoe Lu is the Senior Vice President, SMB at Pacvue. Zoe has played a pivotal role in Helium 10’s remarkable growth over the past five years leading the product organization and now growth. Prior to Pacvue, Zoe was a product leader at Weedmaps leading their e-commerce tech and Zynga, where she launched Words With Friends 2. Zoe got her B.A. in Digital Communication from Michigan State University. She lives in Newport Beach, CA with her husband and two children.
