Yamazen Corporation, a leading Japanese trading company specializing in industrial production equipment and consumer, partnered with Pacvue Advertising to eliminate CPC spikes caused by a competitor automation tool’s budget-reset behavior and to gain visibility into their Amazon Search competitive standing. Since fully implementing Pacvue in May 2026, Yamazen has driven a 2.4x increase in ad-attributed sales while cutting spend by 5%, with even stronger results during the July Prime Day period.

El desafío
Before Pacvue, Yamazen relied on a competing automation tool whose dayparting and CPC adjustments consistently triggered cost spikes at budget reset — a recurring inefficiency they needed to solve. They also lacked visibility into their search result share on Amazon, making it difficult to identify categories where competitors were outpacing them and to act on those gaps strategically.
Manual dayparting and CPC management were costing us hours we didn’t have, and the spikes at budget reset were a constant headache. With Pacvue’s automation, we’ve reclaimed that time and seen real efficiency gains across the board.
La solución
Yamazen deployed Pacvue Advertising across Amazon Search, leveraging:
- Budget Manager: Automatically reallocated budget to high-performing campaigns; tag-based daily budget presets saved an estimated 80 hours/month in manual management
- Dayparting: Automated bid adjustments based on recent time-of-day ROAS performances, replacing what would otherwise be ~9,000 hours of manual, slot-by-slot adjustment
- Campaign AI: Tag-level automation of bidding, daily budget adjustments, and keyword addition/pausing, unlocking fine-tuned optimization impossible to do by hand, saving an estimated 30 hours
- Auto-Replenishment Rules: Automatically replenishes campaign budgets in real time, preventing exhausted budgets and missed sales opportunities
- Share of Voice (SOV): Gave Yamazen visibility into their competitive search share, laying the groundwork for targeted reinforcement strategies in underperforming categories
