Michael Foulkes is a Customer Success leader with deep expertise at the intersection of enterprise retail media, SaaS, and AI-enabled technology. As Global Head of Customer Success at Pacvue, Michael oversees an international team across North America, Europe, and China, responsible for some of the world’s largest CPG brands, holding companies, and agencies.
Michael joined Pacvue in 2021 as an individual contributor and has since built and scaled the company’s Media CS organization from the ground up — redesigning it from a generalist model into a pod-based structure, growing gross dollar retention, and developing a next generation of CS leaders who now operate independently across global markets.
A practitioner at the forefront of AI adoption in customer success, Michael developed a four-pillar AI roadmap for his organization and led the enterprise rollout and Voice of Customer program for Pacvue’s ML-enabled incrementality console. His work centers on a core belief: that AI should supplement and elevate CS teams rather than displace them, and that the most durable customer relationships are built on genuine indispensability rather than reactive support.
Prior to Pacvue, Michael managed $25M+ in annual paid media spend at Mindshare (WPP), where he developed his foundational expertise in enterprise CPG, retail media, and agency operations.
